Michael Wynne-Parker,Vice President,English Speaking Union of Sri Lanka, participated in a Zoom Meeting re the reactivation of the English in Schools programme
under the Patronage of Prime Minister Ranil Wickerasinghe who was a key supporter at its initiation 1n the 1980’s The aim is enhanced communication between ethnic groups often divided by language. The story of the programmes history is in MWP’s first book, Bridge Over Troubled Water.
