Michael Wynne-Parker participated in the Russki Mir Foundation,8th Assembly held on November 3rd in Sochi,Russia. He first visited Russia in 1991 when he initiated one of the first UK/Russian commercial ventures-the merger of DSL (UK) and ALPHA A. He has since been active in various commercial and cultural projects in Russia. At a meeting this morning at the Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God, Ennismore Gardens, London, Archbishop Elisey, Chairman of the Diocesan Assembly, appointed Michael Wynne-Parker a Trustee of the Russian Orthodox Diocese of Sourozh Trust. The Diocese covers all parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate in Great Britain and Ireland.
